Make a scented hat for Mother's Day

Resources

2 x 10cm diameter circles of card.
Cotton wool
Essential oils of choice
15cm circle of fine fabric.
Thread
35cm of narrow ribbon
Glue

Instructions

Cut 8 cm diameter circle from inner of one of the circles to give a 2 cm ring
Place some cotton wool into circle of fabric.
Pinch fabric together and bind with thread.
Add a few drops of essential oil
Glue to base, pulling edges of fabric at stick to hat base
Place ring over fabric and glue down.
Tie ribbon around hat.
Decorate hat brim as desired.
