9 hoops

Instructions

Set out hoops in a 3*3 grid.
Split YP into two teams and line up in their teams. Give each team 3 bean bags.
One member of each team is allowed up at a time to place a bean bag in a hoop. Once a team has used all 3 of their bean bags without winning, they may instead move a bean bag. The first team to get 3 bean bags in a line (including diagonal) wins.
