Scouts learn how to pack a rucksack and how to lay items out for a kit inspection at camp

Rucksack packed for a camp with clothes, boots, sleeping bag, camping mat, stove, waterproofs etc

Instructions

Empty all the items onto the floor. Ask the scouts to show how they think they would lay the items out for a kit inspection. Demonstrate the correct way when they have finished. Then ask them to pack the rucksack - advising them as they go.
