Using right arm first, shake for a count of four. Then swap to left arm, right leg and left leg, each time counting to four.
Repeat with right arm, shake for a count of three, and then left arm, right leg and left leg, counting down to one. End with a woof.
Counting while shaking warms up the brain, body and voice. Encourage counting to four in different languages.
