Instructions:
Ask girls to dress in comfortable clothes. Each girl takes a small amount of the lavender in the base oil and puts it into the palm of her hands; she then rubs it into her hands and onto her temples and her feet, especially around the big toes. The essential oil is put into the burner and it is lit. The moods music is played as the girls lie back with eyes closed and relax.
