Aim: To produce a reminder of the Christmas story. Taken from the BB Juniors Pro Pack Creativity CR-23

Resources

• Template
• Card
• Scissors
• Colouring pens/pencils
• Darning needles
• Wool
• Hole punch

Instructions

1. Photocopy the template onto card, thicker card works best.
2. Colour on the picture using felt tip pens or pencils.
3. Using wool, sew the areas in different but appropriate colours following the dots as you go.
4. Punch two holes at the top and use thread to create a hook by which the picture can be hung.

This idea is easy to replicate all that is needed is for a new picture to be made up. It must though be ensured that the picture you use is bold and simple otherwise the sewing becomes too complex.
