Description

Your boat is slowly sinking, you have activated a locator beacon but rescue is 40 - 60 min away.
You will have to enter the water and need to build something with whats at hand, to try and alert aircraft of your position.

Resources

Light Source
Soft drink bottle
length of Tin foil
Card
String (length for building and a long length for retrieving beacon after testing)
Weight - Sand or Rocks
Tape / Hot Glue Guns

Instructions

Scouts to design and build beacon that will attract aircraft.
Best Design is based on float ability, brightness (focuses light upward) and Teamwork

Ensure that all of the beacon parts are secure and can be retrieved from the water
