The official Olympic values are friendship, respect and excellence. Do one thing to show each of these values.
For example, for friendship make a friendship bracelet using ribbon or thread and give it to a friend; show respect by really listening carefully to someone this week; demonstrate excellence by trying to do your best at home or at school this week and tell your group about it next week.
