Report Copyright Infringement View in OSM UK
Description
Make a Christmas card and write a letter to a member of the armed forces serving abroad as part of your Remembrance activities
Resources
Card, Felt Tips, crayons or paint. Glitter
Instructions
As part of your Remembrance activities talk about those service personnel who are away from their families and that they will still be away at Christmas. Make a Christmas card to what ever design you choose and level of ability of the young people. Write a letter to the service person who will be away from their family. If posted at the beginning of December they should reach your chosen BFPO in time for the celebrations. We have been doing this for over 20 years now and one year we received a reply to thank us as our card had been the only one they had received as their family cards hadn't got there in time for Christmas
