Scouts have to place food types against a picture of (1) an un-healthy thin person (2) a healthy person (3) an un-healthy obese person - to create a weeks menu


Picture of a very thin person; Picture of a very obese person; Picture of a fit/healthy person; Lots of pictures/word cards for a large number of food types


Once the scouts have put the food types against each of the pictures, explain that all foods can be healthy if eaten in moderation and part of a healthy ballenced diet ... even chips and icecream can be healthy.
Also chat about the importance of appropriate sleep
