Popcorn

Instructions

Cut strips of crepe paper for skirt and stick to a length of tape until long enough to wrap round beaver.
For Lei, make flowers with crepe paper and attach to string or wool. Alternative to flowers is popcorn to resemble shells. Beavers wear this round their necks.
