Per Six:
1 Rope
1 Newspaper
2 Clothes pegs per Cub

Instructions

Using the rope each Six hang up a washing line in a section of the hall.
Each Cub then tears out a garment shape from the newspaper which they hang on the washing line with the pegs.
The leader awards points for the best garments and the six who finish first.

Consider a theme for the items created, such as uniform items or clothes for a party.
