Making an Alien out of Marshmallows and other sweets

Resources

Large marshmallows (American type are ideal)
Selection of soft sweets e.g. cherry lips, candy teeth, jelly hearts, haribos etc etc
Small soft fruits e.g. blueberries, grapes, raspberries
Cocktail sticks. Approximately half of them should be cut in half.
Cocktail umbrellas

Instructions

The task is to create an alien using the resources provided. The marshmallow forms the body and then the cocktail sticks are used to add other items

If done during Lent the activity can be introduced with a short discussion about giving things up for Lent e.g. sweets.
