Instructions

The swimmers (players) swim around the pool (defined play area).
When the leader calls out commands, players perform the appropriate action:
Blow bubbles - stand and pretend to blow bubbles
Star fish - lay on tummy with legs/arms spread out like a star fish
Float on back for 10 seconds - lay on floor
Float on tummy for 10 seconds - lay on floor
Hold your breathe for 5 seconds - breathe in and hold breath / hold nose
Jump into the water - jump and crouch
Dive into the water - make a diving motion
Help signal - kneel down and raise hand
