Aim of Badge
To develop an awareness and appreciation of cultures other than your own

This Badge has 5 options of which 5 must be completed

Introduction
This activity is a good warm up and introduction to diversity and respect, it helps to emphasise that differences between people are really quite minimal

Instructions

Ask Brownies to find a partner
Give each pair marker and two sheets of paper
Each pair then draw around the outline of each other’s hands or feet
Each Brownies writes her name on the underside of the paper.
Bring the Pack back into a Pow Wow circle
Place the hand and footprints in the circle
Ask the Brownies to try and identify who owns the hands and feet.
