Instructions
Have each participant measure the length of their pace by walking the length of the rope while counting their paces.
Dividing the rope length by number of steps will tell how many metres per pace.
Pass out the Course Cards to each participant. The first line tells at which point on the rope to start. The following three instructions should bring them back to another point on the rope. To determine how many paces in each instruction, divide the distance by their mtrs per pace.
Use the course key to check whether each participant made it to the right spot on the rope.
