Instructions

beaver are the cars. some are moving and some are stationary. To reinact a busy road. 2 lodges are the cars, and 2 are the pedestrians. Leaders asks beavers to cross the road without instructions. to judge their knowledge. After watching all of them cross the road , road safety is discussed and beavers implement road safety code.
