Break down a gun carriage, carry the separate parts over inhospitable terrain (or a muddy field), and put the carriage back together again.

Based on events at the seige of Ladysmith in 1899 and still seen at military tattoos.

Split beavers/cubs/scouts into team, one group per carriage. Each team has to dismantle the gun carriage, carry the seperate parts
