 Red apple or digestive biscuits
 Peanut butter or red icing
 Mini marshmallows
 Bananas
 Lollipop sticks
 Chocolate chips
 White chocolate sauce (optional)
 Rice Krispies
 Butter
 Red and yellow food colouring
 Rolos

Instructions

Introduction
Ladybirds sit in a circle and, in turn, tell everyone else what their favourite fruit or vegetable is. See how many of them all like the same ones. Explain the importance of trying to eat 5 different types of fruit/veg every day to grow healthy and strong. Explain that they are going to make some Halloween treats.

Debrief/Discussion
Discuss which treats were easy to make and which are the healthiest to eat.
