Scouts in patrols at ease, leaders inspect each member of the patrol for the following-

Points-
1 Point- Sea Scout Jumper
1 Point- Scout Scarf
1 Point- Scout Woggle / knotted scarf
1 Point- Badges on jumper
1 Point- Sea Scout Hat with Talley Band
Bonus 5 points if they have all 5 items above (Max 10 points)
