No bake, no melt chocolate truffles

Resources

2 packets of Oreo Cookies (also works with Bourbons)
Cream cheese (or chocolate spread)
Chocolate vermicelli, cocoa or melted chocolate (I know I said no melt, but this is optional)
sweet paper cases

Instructions

Make crumbs from the biscuits. mix with cream cheese or chocolate spread. Chill the mixture if you have time
Roll into truffle size balls then coat in vermicelli, cocoa or melted chocolate
