one hand has to be in a pocket. Random selection makes it more interesting.
all items have to be collected from cupboards etc.
tubs and jars opened, it is ok to use the upper arm of the other hand to hold jars.
make the sandwich not forgetting to cut it in half.
clean up.
remove hand from pocket.
