A variation to the traditional stuck in the mud game
Stuck in the mud-
This may seem like a very simple game, and it is, however, I have added a few ideas of my own. Stuck in the mud is an effective pulse raiser for any age.
Two or three people are going to be ‘on’ (depending on how many people are in Cubs) and they have to tag the people that are not ‘on’. The people who have been tagged have to do 5 star jumps in order to get back into the game. Instead of just standing once being tagged, star jumps will keep the persons heart rate raised and will be an effective way of excising whilst having fun.
This game will last for around 5-10 mins.
