A flat surface, with a giant grid for a snakes and ladders board (Chalk, jump ropes, pieces of paper, mats etc.)

Instructions

Create and play a Snakes and Ladders style game.
a. Brainstorm a list with positive (healthy) and negative (unhealthy) statements about relationships (use the link below for ideas).
b. Create a giant Snakes and Ladders board. Choose some squares to be ladders and some squares to be snakes.
c. When a player lands on a ladder, a positive statement is read out from the list and the player moves up on the grid. When a player lands on a snake, a negative statement is read out from the list and the player moves down the grid.
