Cone Ball

Report Copyright Infringement View in OSM UK View in OSM NZ

A game like netball where the young people have to catch a ball in a bollard or cone.

Two chairs
Two cones or bollards.

The young dudes are split into two teams and numbered off.
The chairs are put at opposite ends of the hall with at least enough room to dribble around them.
The first dude in each team stands on the chair holding a cone.
A half metre zone should be set around the chair so that the dude cannot be accidentally knocked off of the chair.
The game is then played as in netball except instead of scoring a net the ball has to be caught in the cone.
When a point is scored both teams change the dude holding the cone so that everyone gets a go.
It should be emphasised that it is non contact sport.
The smaller the ball the easier it is to catch.
