Description

Split into two teams. Each team goes behind their bench (or more depending on the width of the area).

A small ball (Tennis ball) is placed in the middle of the room. Players can only use larger balls (footballs, dodgeball etc) to knock the tennis ball so it touches the other teams bench to score a goal.

Large balls cannot be thrown high or at other players.

Players are not allowed inside the central 'playing' area.

If a large ball gets stuck in the middle, it is out of play until a leader moves it towards one of the teams.
