Aim of Badge: To develop & practice a healthy mental attitude
This Badge has 7 options of which 7 must be completed
Introduction:
Tools for emotional management now will be carried forward into significant relationships later on. It's easier to form habits than it is to break them.
Instructions:
1. Print out the cards and place them around the meeting the place
2. Guides can then go around and try the different coping techniques
3. Afterwards, ask them to identify positive and negative feelings and if they thought any of the strategies would be of benefit to them.
