Cubs work as a team, communicating effectively, to recreate a simple drawing

Paper, black, red and blue pens, pictures to copy

Instructions

each 6 divides their team into the following roles: 1-Observer, 2- messenger, 3 - artist black pen, 4 - artist blue pen, 5 - artist red pen (if only 4 people in team, combine 4 and 5, if there are 6, add an extra messenger, if 7, add another observer).
A picture is displayed in a hidden area, the team then work in a different location to produce a copy of the picture displayed. Rules: only the observer can look at the picture. The observer can only talk to the messenger (in a middle area away from the artists). Only the artists may draw,. Roles cannot be changed during each round.
Points can be awarded for the fastest team finished and/or the best recreation. A time limit can be set.
