Aim of Badge: To explore and develop your physical wellbeing

This Badge has 2 options of which 2 must be completed

Introduction
Before starting this badge, a Ladybird must have taken part (for at least six weeks) in a physical activity, as an individual or as a member of a team

Instructions
 The badge is completed outside of the Unit meeting
 The purpose of the badge is to encourage and acknowledge physical exercise the Ladybird is taking part in
 Print out the log book (see overleaf)
 Discuss with the Ladybirds parents if they are happy for their daughter to complete this Interest Badge
 Ladybirds keep their record, with help if required
 Ladybird may take longer than the two weeks to complete the badge
