Make butter chicken
Keas work in Posses to create elements of butter chicken (e.g. mix the spices together).
Once everything is mixed, a Leader cooks the curry.
Serve with rice (microwaved is easiest).
Eat!

Pre-cook the chicken to ensure cooked thoroughly

Ingredients
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 medium onion diced
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger finely minced or grated (or use paste)
• 1 clove garlic finely minced or crushed
• 1 100g can tomato paste (or 150g can of tomato sauce)
• 1 tablespoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon paprika, adjust to taste
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 cup cream or plain natural yoghurt
• Pre-cooked chicken, chopped into small pieces
• Hot cooked rice and naan for serving

Instructions

1. Keas mix together the spices and seasoning (not including the ginger and garlic).
Chop the onion

2. Heat a large skillet or medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add the oil and onions and cook onions down until lightly golden, about 3-4 minutes.
Add ginger and garlic and let cook for 30 seconds, stirring so it doesn’t burn

3. Add the chicken, tomato paste/sauce, and spices.
Cook for 5-6 minutes or until everything is cooked through

4. Add the cream/ yoghurt and simmer for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Serve with rice or naan.
