Teams of YP to put face down playing cards in rank order one player and move at a time.

Instructions

Organise the group into teams to race against each other.
Shuffle the cards and deal 9 cards face down for each team. Put the teams behind a line at one end of the room and the cards face down at the other end.
When you start the game only one member of each team can run to the group of cards. They can only look at one card and having looked at it they put it back face down anywhere they like. They then run back a communicate what they have done to the rest of the team before the next person runs up and does the same.
When they believe they have all the cards in rank order and they are all behind the line they tell the leader. If the cards are not in order they suffer a penalty. First to complete the task correctly is the winner.

Key learning points are making sure every team member explains what they have done and every team member listens carefully.
