Introduction:

This game can be used to show the Brownies what it means to be a Leader and to have people follow you.

Instructions:

1. All the Brownies make a circle.
2. One of the Brownies is asked to go outside the meeting room and one of the remaining Brownies is picked to be the leader.
3. When the Brownie returns from outside she stands in the centre of the circle. The Brownie who has been chosen to be the leader begins an action of her choice, for example, marching on the stop, clapping her hands etc. All the other Brownies quickly follow her lead and mimic her actions.
4. The Brownie in the centre has three guesses to decide which Brownie is the leader.
5. This game can be played multiple times with different Brownies in the centre each time.
