Introduction
Women in History aims to encoruage the girls to research online or in books famous women in aviation’s history

When the Plane Hit the Mountain tell the story of French Girl Guides on their way to an Irish Girl Guide event after World War 11 who’s plane crashed in Co. Wicklow. Luckily all survived
Media coverage also tells the story of the reunion of the Girl Guides 50 years later.
The book is available on kindle and amazon.
