Resources

Flags and white paper to draw on
or download and print the attached file with 12 flags and 12 empty flag templates.
use one copy of each per patrol,
One set of colouring pencils or crayons per patrol.

Instructions

Each patrol will have a nominated scout as the Flag Caller, the one who will describe each flag. The PL or even an adult can be that too.
Give the empty flag sheet and a set of colouring in pens to each Patrol.
The flag sheet will remain hidden from the rest of the scouts, only the PL or Leader who calls the flag can see it.

The Flag Caller (PL or the Leader) will call a country name or describe a flag from the sheet.

The better they describe the flag the faster and more accurate the drawings will be.
If a scout has knowledge of countries and their flags will just listen to the name and complete.

Points for the more flags attempted and the better drawn flag.
Extra points for any knowledge over the country it represents.
This is something the Leaders can expand on.
