Instructions
1. Each participant receives the pre-folded Trusted 10 sheet (with the following columns)
2. In the first column, ask participants to write down the names of 10 people they really trust – these people should not be family members. The rest of the form should remain folded over.
3. Once everyone finishes writing their ten names, they then unfold the paper. Participants should then ‘mark’ each of their trusted 10 against each area in the other columns in any way they want (in which ways are the person filling in the form and the members of their Trusted 10 similar).
4. Tell them they don’t have to share anything specific if they don’t want to. Participants can then have a discussion around what they learned about whom they have an affinity with and why.
5. Highlight the fact that people generally have three circles of trust. The closer you get to the inner circle, in general, the less diversity there is.
