Safe racing game based on types of transport.

Resources

2 x Chairs per six
Area to race

Instructions

Line Cubs up in their sixes for a relay type game.
Draw a starting line for Cub team to line up behind such as a chair
Get a leader to sit in a corresponding chair facing team at a reasonable distance.
Get the Cubs to number their team members 1-6
Leader to explain what each number relates to:

1. Ferrari - Running at speed
2.Milk Float - Crawling on the floor
3. Lorry - Walking backwards
4. Scooter - Hops
5. Mini - Crouches down and runs at speed.
6. Beetle - Jumpstarts along

Leader to demonstrate each type of vehicle and the course each team needs to take.
Leader when ready to shout a number to start each race.

Best for leader to shout out a number each time to ensure safe travel.
Option to give points winning Cub in each race to make it more real.
