Description

A version of tag, played best indoors. Zombies have to chase the remaining cubs and turn them into zombies by touching their head and saying 'braaaaiins'
Cubs and Zombies can only take one step at a time, when instructed to do so by the leaders.

Resources

None needed (or you can use small slips of paper with either 'zombie' or 'cub' written on them).

Instructions

In secret, pick a cub to be the zombie (roughly should be one zombie to every 6-8 cubs). Do this by either tapping them on the shoulder whilst they are in a line or by getting them to pick from a pile of slips of paper.

Everyone spreads themselves out in the room. When a leader says 'step', everyone takes a step in any direction. The zombies have to touch the head of the other cubs and say 'braaaaiins' to turn them into zombies. Everyone *must* move when a leader stays step but can only move a single step and not move their feet once they have done this. These must be steps and not jumps.

You can mix things up by saying 'two steps' etc. and keep cubs on their toes (literally).
