Instructions

During the debate the MPS [CUBS] are allowed to move between the benches as debate carries on, when the Vote is called the MPS [CUBS] have to move to their final resting place for that vote. They will remain there until the vote is counted.

The Speaker at all times controls the behavior and calls for “Order, Order” - Speakers word is Final

MPs [CUBS] - Must listen to Speaker and have to Raise a Necker to ask to speak. Speaker will say who speaks. If the Speaker suspends an MPS [CUBS] they must place their necker at their feet until end of vote. But they are allowed to Vote. At the start of the next debate they can are back “in” and can take part again.

All MPs[Cubs] When addressing the House will address the house through the Speaker

By starting with “ Mr Speaker ……..” “Mr Speaker I feel that shorts to school are a bad idea as my knees are ugly”
