Coloured paper, pens, scissors.

Instructions

Young people draw around their right hand and cut these out. Inside these outlines young people are to write down the values that they think a scout should have.

Hand outlines can then be stuck to a notice board and by sticking the thumb and little fingers together they form salutes.
