Description

The scouts and leaders sit on the floor in a circle. The leader draws on the floor with her index finger. As she's drawing, she says: "The man in the moon (draws a circle on the floor) has two eyes (draws two eyes), a nose (draws a nose), and a mouth (draws a mouth)."

She then says to the girls, "Now do exactly as I have done." The girls take it in turns to draw their moon using the exact same actions as their leader. If they are correct, the girls gets a thumbs up or, if wrong, a thumbs down (or some other action).

SECRET: Just before the leader starts to draw her moon, she touches her knee, or scratches her head or runs her hand through her hair, very casually, so that the girls don't notice. The girls think that that they are getting the actions wrong, but really it doesn't matter how they draw their moon!
