Build a go cart from a pallet

Resources

4 wheelbarrow wheels
2 threaded steel axels
8 nuts to fit axels
Variety of washers, nuts and bolts up to 6" long, screws and nails
Approx 6ft of rope for steering
Woodsaw
Drill
Hammer
Super glue
Chisel

Instructions

1/Firstly design your go cart using the materials provided(you can change these as you feel).
2/ Construct your main frame using materials you have.
3/ In your wooden axel chisel out a chanel for the threaded axel to fit into.
4/ Secure the axel in the channel, ensure you have approx 6 inch overhang each end.
5/ Add a nut onto the threaded axel until flush with wooden axel and glue into position. Add a washer then the wheel then another washer then another nut but do not tighten. The wheel needs to be able to turn. Then glue that nut in position. Repeat for each wheel.
6/ Now using the materials you have secure the rope so it can be used to steer.
7/ Again with available materials create a braking system.
