Zoom or other suitably secure online meeting service.

Instructions

Attend a meeting online using a video-conference service like Zoom.
Follow the Leaders instructions to connect to the meeting room and enter the secret password.
Make sure parents are aware that they must be on-screen or in the same room as their child THROUGHOUT the meeting.
Keep the meeting short (30 minutes is ideal) and have a couple of simple activities that will work remotely.
Remember to follow Scout Association guidance on online meetings. The Yellow Card applies at all times.
Help Beavers learn to use the MUTE button, attract attention (raise hand icon, waving etc) and good conference call etiquette such as not speaking over each other, listening nicely.
