Create a Kindness Rainbow, in each colour place an act of kindness which starts with the same initial as the colour.

Resources

Paper, colours pens and pencils.

Instructions

Create a rainbow and colour in each strip with a coloured pencil.

For each colour think of an act of kindness you can do that starts with that initial.

RED - Read a book to a friend,
Orange - organise a get together
Blue - bake
Pink - pink some flowers and deliver to your neighbour
Green - give a compliment

Yellow is difficult but this could be a kindness message to Ourselves - you are
