Fire ready for cooking on.

Ingredients:
Pittas
Cheese
Tomato Puree
Then your own choice of topping like ham, Salami, Mushrooms, Olives & Peppers

Thick foil
Frying pan

Instructions

Cut pitta in half
warm on dry frying pan so they are easier to open
Open pocket and spread in tomato puree
fill with cheese and toppings of your choice
wrap in foil
place on embers turning after 2-3 minutes and serve after 10 minutes
