Description

A Patrol activity for the girls to discuss the promise and what it means. For GirlGuiding NZ promise and laws 2020.

Resources

Printed out sheets for discussion. These could be laminated for use again. Print out sheets and cut into five sections.
Paper and pens for each group (not always used or needed for every activity)
5 groups (doesn't need to be Patrols necessarily)

Instructions

Round Robin format.
One group = one activity
Give the girls a time limit on each activity and get them to discuss each sheet. So for 40 min activity it would be 8 mins per group. If they do it quickly take care they are discussing it properly.
Come together at the end for a quick debrief. Each girl will get out of it what they put in.
Leaders/adults should be either with each group to help if required, or roaming to help girls get over any bumps in the discussion.
