Race to make a sandwich with a disability.

Resources

Table per two cubs
sandwich equipment (bread butter cheese etc)

Instructions

Place a cub at each end of a table to social distance.
Put in front of them a selection of ingredients to make a sandwich
Explain the rules of
They will start will all limbs and when you shout out a body part they must stop using it.
Start simply like "left hand" and move up to "Right hand". If you want to make it interesting say "no arms" or "one leg"

Once done talk about how it was for them making a sandwich with missing body parts and how they think it effects people every day and what could be done to help them.

You can also get them sat down in a "wheel chair" to make it harder.
