* Liaise with caretaker to understand any other events and issues that may affect running of meeting (others on site, restricted access, revised availability)
* check rooms and toilets are in a usable state
* put up flag

Take register
* record who is present

Opening ceremony
* Section-specific details not required

Opening Game
* optional, but must remain supervised by a leader

Meeting activities
* specific details not required

Tidy up
* Young people to do the cleaning and put away under supervision by a leader

Closing Game
* optional, but must remain supervised by a leader

Closing ceremony
* Section-specific details not required

Presentations
* Badges, certificates

Notices
* summary of next meeting (when, where, equipment needed)
* what happens before then (parades, special events)
* sign-ups for future events (camps, days trips)

Closedown venue
* check rooms and toilets are in a satisfactory state
* handback to caretaker, reporting problems and any damage
