Instructions

Contact your local Buddhist Temple and organise a time and day to visit. Ensure that the monks/practitioners will teach your Scouts about the temple and how it is built/laid out, The Buddha and how they follow his teachings and demonstrate a meditation (possibly lead the Scouts in a meditation).
