Laminated sheets of the national anthem cut in to sentence strips
Audio recording of the National Anthem

Instructions

Cubs are split into teams.
Play the national anthem so that they can hear the words.
Place strips of the anthem at one end of the hall.
Then in relay fashion and in teams the cubs run and pick up a line and take it back to their team
First team to form the national anthem wins.

To step it up for Scouts, try playing/singing a whole verse at a time before you let the patrols relay up to get the lines (like an audible Kim's Game)
