How many clothes can you put on in...?
Report Copyright Infringement View in OSM UK
Description
Great online game, requiring no preparation.
Children have to put on as many items of clothes in a given time.
There is a great in-person/camp version on OSM called POLAR EXPEDITION.
Resources
None.
Instructions
Explain the object of the game, to put on as many separate items of clothing in a fixed period of time.
Parents can/should assist (and ensure done safely).
You can decide whether a pair of socks count as 1 item or two.
You could make it trickier by specifying a colour that the clothes should be.
Set a time for the game. FIVE minutes works well and means the players don't have to dash about the house.
It's the NUMBER of items, not the FIRST back - so ensure participants understand there's not a mad rush.
Give a count down, or use a stopwatch from www.online-stopwatch.com
Judging:
Keep it fun and simple. Have participants self-declare their score. Ask questions about what have put on.
The winner is the participant with the most items. OR play just for fun and don't have a single winner... have the "most items", "most colourful", "wooliest" etc
NOTE - AWARE THAT PLAYERS CAN GET VERY HOT. MAKE SURE PARENTS HELP THEM OUT OF THE LAYERS WHEN THE JUDGING IS FINISHED
